We are a rapidly growing localization Company based in Genoa, helping companies worldwide break down linguistic barriers and communicate on a global scale with our top-notch translation and localization services.
In order to support our ambitious growth goals, we are looking for a Sales Director to build, train and manage a sales team.
ROLE: Director of sales – Localization Services
WHERE: Office in Genoa. Remote work allowed after a first period in the office
START: December 2021
HOW: Fixed salary + benefits + commissions
Requisiti
- Build, train and manage a team of Junior Sales Assistants
- Identify and generate new prospects in line with company growth goals
- Initiate and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Proactively generate new opportunities on a local, national and international level
- Drive forward revenue opportunities for existing clients
- Coordinate with marketing department in order to generate inbound leads
- Follow up on inbound opportunities
- Create quotes, proposals and sales presentations
- Attend various events, including local and international conferences and trade shows
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the Company
- Report sales results to the management team
SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the language service industry (sales role)
- Demonstrated sales leadership capability and ability to shape a clear vision, translate the vision into strategies, actions and results
- Proven ability to manage and influence teams
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Ability to build and develop meaningful partnerships with key decision makers
- Outstanding use of LinkedIn and other online tools, including all social media
- Great initiative, unparalleled enthusiasm and teamwork
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills, in writing and speaking
- Availability to travel and have fun
